Real Estate Arm

Our real estate arm, Lucky Property Management, owns and operates approximately 3,000,000 square feet of facility/warehouse space across Florida, the East Coast and Midwest. With over 400 tenants, we understand the intricacies of being a landlord. It’s our priority to exceed our clients’ expectations with asset removal, leaving a building clean, and returning it to the landlord. These situations are often complicated, with short time frames. If needed, we can mobilize and remove assets quickly to our warehouse.
